Events and Special Occasions
Whether hosting a gathering of family, friends or business associates, the Hamilton Club’s unparalleled ambiance makes it the perfect choice for special private events. The Club’s Director of Events & Special Occasions, Cynthia McComsey, makes it easy to arrange an event. She takes care of everything from menus, table arrangements, and flowers to entertainment, special equipment and seating arrangements.
Private Functions
At the Club, friends and families gather for special breakfasts, banquets, lunch and dinner gatherings, teas, cocktail parties, fundraisers and even private duckpin bowling parties. The Club’s 10 function rooms offer flexibility and a variety of possible room arrangements. View photos.
Business and Civic Meetings
The Hamilton Club can accommodate from 10 to 230 persons for business breakfasts, luncheons and dinners, cocktails and other evening events, all-day meetings and seminars and even interviews. Hamilton Club staff will arrange for meeting equipment of all types, and our Business Center has a full range of necessary supplies and services, including internet access, conference calls and video presentation equipment.

Catering
The Club’s expert event planners think of every detail when catering off-site private parties, dinners, business affairs, receptions, open houses or other special events. From food preparation and servers, to delivery times and clean-up, the Hamilton Club’s staff addresses every detail to ensure the success of your occasion.

Take Out Service
Members may place orders from our catering menu for everything from birthday cakes, full meals for Thanksgiving, New Year’s and other holidays, to our famous fasnachts and chocolate Easter eggs. Orders are prepared and readied for pick-up at a specified day and time.
